Luca specialises in corporate and commercial law and mainly assists Italian corporate clients and foreign investment funds in Italy in relation to Merger & Acquisition, Joint-Venture, and cross-border transactions. He normally assists the client from the outset of a transaction from initial stage negotiations throughout and until closing and post-closing management, covering Anti-Trust, Corporate Governance, Banking, Corporate/Structured Finance and Regulatory Compliance matters.
From June 2014 to December 2017 Luca has been on the board of IM3D Clinic Piemonte S.c.a.r.l. a spin-off project currently operating under the University of Turin charter, and carrying out services related to prevention and cancer screening through the application of diagnostic methods, with cutting-edge technologies and innovative 3D imaging.
He is member of the Governing Board of AGAT (Associazione Giovani Avvocati Torino), member of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) and member of the Young Lawyers’ Commission of the Turin Bar since 2011.
He graduated in law ‘with honors’ in 2003 with a thesis on “Illegal transactions involving shares or quotas of the holding company”, and he was tutor on ‘Commercial Criminal Law and white collar’s crimes’ on the module held by Prof. Alessandra Rossi of University of Turin.
He was admitted to the Turin Bar on 20 November 2006.
